Suitable for most people- as long as you're "medically" fit to exercise
We do a mixture of all sorts in this class-working upper and lower body/ midsection and balance.
There will usually be squats, lunges and I provide basic equipment such as resistance bands and 1kg dumbbells- bring your own if you have some or you want to use heavier/lighter dumbbells!
A yoga-type floor mat will be needed some weeks- there are a limited amount of these items available at the venue
