Pay Monthly for Classes

*Do you want to keep a recurring space for your favourite class(es)?

*This must be the same class each week, or the same classes, if you're doing more than one.

*There is no option to change classes from week to week- if you wish to do this, then Pay As You Go classes would be the best option.

*Recurring monthly payments (excluding August) until cancelled (see below for cancellation policy)

*Same payment amount every month

*If you want to start a Pay Monthly subscription, you will need to message me and I will set it up for you from my end.
If you start mid-month, your first payment will be pro-rata.

*If you would like to be put onto the Waiting List for a class with no "Pay Monthly" spaces currently available, please let me know!

Class Dates for 2025

Here are my class dates for the year
The Pay Monthly payment remains the same, each month and the cost per class is worked out as an average over the course of the year
This excludes August, where there is no payment and no classes.

Payment Options for Classes from January 2025:
The option to book face-to-face classes are:
1.The recurring "Pay Monthly" recurring payment detailed above for the same class(es) every week
2. Pay-As-You-Go at 9/class (both options are subject to availability)
(Country Fit classes are not available as a Pay As You Go option)

Pay Monthly
1 class per week- £29
2 classes per week- £49
3 classes per week- £68
4 classes per week- £79

Monthly payments will automatically debited on or around the same date of each month during 2025, excluding August.
(There will be no payment during August 2025 as there will be no classes.)

There is not an option to "Pick & MIx" classes with the monthly payment option.

I have worked out the monthly payments amount taking into account how many classes I will be doing througout the year- some months will have more classes than others- I've averaged it out, but the payment will be the same p.c.m (excluding August when there will be no payment made)

If there is a problem with payment, your space may be lost- please let me know asap if you have a change of bank details

* Subscriptions cannot be paused/held

I cannot "swap" any missed sessions or sessions you are unable to attend. My classes are too busy to be able to offer this option and my current booking system I have in place is unable to do this electonically.

Which dates are included?
Please refer to the table on this page, showing the exact dates which are included this year, as well as the dates I will not be doing classes.

If you are unable to attend
If you can't make any of the listed classes for any reason (including sickness/holiday etc) there are no refunds, discounts or swaps on missed classes.
However, if you know in advance that there are any sessions you are 100% going to be unable to make, please let me know so that I can ensure we have a full class each week.

If I need to cancel a session
*On the very rare occasion that I need to cancel a scheduled class, I will refund the cost per class amount to your usual payment method, using the amounts shown below ....
1 class/week subscription- £7.40 per class cancelled by Hayley
2 classes/week subscription- £6.25 per class cancelled by Hayley
3 classes /week subscription- £5.80 per class cancelled by Hayley
4 classes/week subscription- £5.05 per class cancelled by Hayley
5 class/week subscription- £4.08 per class cancelled by Hayley

Cancelling your "Pay Monthly" subscription
To cancel a Pay Monthly plan (or indvidual classes within your plan), you must let me know by the 17th of the previous month.
For any cancellations made AFTER the 17th, you will need to make one more payment at your usual monthly rate.
This policy applies regardless of which date your payment is taken during the month

To clarify:
To cancel your subscription during 2025, you would need to let me know by the following dates, for me to cancel your next payment
April 2025 classes- last date to cancel 17th March
May 2025 classes- last date to cancel 17th April
June 2025 classes- last date to cancel 17th May
July 2025 classes- last date to cancel 17th June.... etc
